How to Create Next-Generation Clustered Heat Maps

For creating NG-CHMs we have a variety of tools for different usage scenarios:

  • Researchers familiar with the Galaxy Project can use our Galaxy Tool to create NG-CHMs through the Galaxy web interface. Details for installing and using the NG-CHM Galaxy Tool are available here.
  • Users with informatics expertise who prefer the R software environment can use the NG-CHM R package to create NG-CHMs. A video introduction to creating NG-CHMs using R is available here.
  • Users without informatics expertise can use our web-based system. A brief guide to using the builder is available here.
